使用 SizeHalo 即表示你理解它是一款辅助测量工具，而不是珠宝商的专业试戴或购买保证。

1. 服务范围

SizeHalo 用 iPhone 屏幕测量已有闭口圆形戒指的内圈，并换算常见地区圈号。结果仅用于一般信息和网购选码参考。

2. 测量限制

结果可能受到设备校准、戒指形状、放置方式、屏幕保护膜和人工对齐误差影响。地区圈号表也可能因品牌、制造商和产品结构不同而存在差异。

3. 购买决定

你应自行判断结果是否适用于具体商品。对于贵重、定制或无法退换的戒指，请在下单前向珠宝商确认尺寸。SizeHalo 不保证所购戒指一定合适。

4. 允许使用

你可以将 SizeHalo 用于个人和正常商业选码辅助，但不得干扰 App、绕过系统安全、冒充开发者，或以误导方式声称测量结果获得专业珠宝机构认证。

5. 可用性与变更

功能可能随版本更新、调整或停止。开发者会尽力维护合理的可用性，但不承诺 App 永不中断或不存在错误。

6. Apple 条款

通过 App Store 获取 SizeHalo 时，你的使用还受 Apple 的适用条款及标准最终用户许可协议约束。

Terms of Use

By using SizeHalo, you understand that it is a measurement aid, not a professional jeweler fitting or purchase guarantee.

1. Scope

SizeHalo uses an iPhone screen to measure the inside of an existing closed, round ring and convert the result to common regional size labels. Results are for general information and online-sizing reference.

2. Measurement limitations

Results may be affected by device calibration, ring shape, placement, screen protectors, and manual alignment. Regional charts may also differ between brands, manufacturers, and product designs.

3. Purchase decisions

You are responsible for deciding whether a result applies to a specific product. Confirm valuable, custom, or non-returnable rings with a jeweler before ordering. SizeHalo does not guarantee that a purchased ring will fit.

4. Acceptable use

You may use SizeHalo for personal use and ordinary commercial sizing assistance. You may not interfere with the App, bypass platform security, impersonate the developer, or misleadingly claim that results are certified by a professional jewelry body.

5. Availability and changes

Features may be updated, changed, or discontinued. The developer aims to maintain reasonable availability but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Apple terms

When you obtain SizeHalo through the App Store, your use is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and Standard End User License Agreement.
